To my Emeritus Students,

Another change in the course brochure.

According to the brochure, we are supposed to meet on Feb. 15th at Joslyn Park for the first meeting of the spring semester of class #9724 - Plein Aire watercolor class, Wed. 9:00 AM - 11:50 AM.

According to Vivian at Emeritus, Joslyn Park was given to another group for that day and time. Therefore, we will meet, for that first meeting only, at my studio -

1605 1/2 Ocean Front Walk - Santa Monica - 310-392-5042.

(across from the Merry-go-round, on the Boardwalk)

At that time, I will pass out the itinerary, and also, we will have a critique of anybody who would like to bring a body of work - some well done, and some in need of help.

An additional update

Originally I was given permission to bring in this group to Ashes and Snow, free of charge.

This also has changed. The people in control have decided that they have to draw the line on free admission, and so we have to pay - $10.00 per entry.

I am disappointed with the City of Santa Monica and the business end of Ashes and Snow. It still is a wonderful exhibit, and I encourage you to see it.

So that is all the news. I will see you next week at the south end of the south parking lot in Santa Monica (enter Ocean Park Blvd., and then the week after that, at my studio.
